Ema Remedi’s ‘Bandcamp Series’ is a project born out of a search for a more intimate space to share her productions. The series was launched in April with the first release of the series and a free track - and will continue as a fresh format to share Ema’s previously unreleased tracks.

“The irregular structure of the track makes for an exceptionally alluring result”

This gorgeous release includes two tracks recorded in Berlin between 2019 and 2020. The first one, ‘From Aus To Bear’, is an intense and deep minimal groover, complimented exquisitely by Willy Wild’s instrumentals on the hang drum which serve as a capstone for the smooth crescendo of the track. The second one, called ‘Logarhythm’, proceeds with a faster tempo. A neat kick/bass/hi-hats work shapes the foundations of this track, to which the intermittent melody of synth bleeps and high bells combined with a filtered vocal add a peculiar kaleidoscopic touch. On top of this, the irregular structure of the track makes for an exceptionally alluring result. Overall the two recordings make for moving, never banal, dance-floor tracks. We can’t wait to hear them played in a club space.
